PVC Fence

Jade Garden PVC Fencing warrants that its PVC fencing materials are impervious to peeling, rotting, blistering, rusting, flaking, chipping, cracking, corrosion, and termite damage for a period of 50 years from the date of purchase.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase from Jade Garden. Jade Garden PVC Fencing commits to replacing the defective materials or refunding the purchase price of the defective materials alone. Reinstallation is not included in this replacement.

This warranty does not cover any failures, defects, or damages resulting from conditions and events outside of standard exposure scenarios, including, but not limited to:

– Misuse, abuse, improper handling, or storage.

– Inadequate or incorrect service and installation.

– The impact of foreign objects, fire, earthquake, flood, lightning, hail, typhoon, or any other natural disasters.

– Movement, distortion, collapse, or settling of the ground or the structure upon which the fence is installed.

Accessories

Jade Garden warrants that its accessories are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase from Jade Garden. During the warranty period, Jade Garden will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective accessory or provide a refund for the purchase price. This does not include reinstallation.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

– Misuse, abuse, or improper handling of the accessory.

– Improper installation or maintenance.

– Accidents, natural disasters, or other external causes.

Gates

Jade Garden warrants its gates to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase from Jade Garden. During the warranty period, Jade Garden will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective gate or provide a refund for the purchase price. This does not include reinstallation.

This warranty does not cover damages caused by:

• Misuse, abuse, or improper handling of the gate.
• Improper installation or maintenance.
• Accidents, natural disasters, or other external causes.

Jade Garden does not warrant any incidents caused by gates dimensions provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate dimensions for the gate.

Jade Garden does not accept returns for gates once they are made. Gates are custom-made products that cannot be resold.

Motors

All Letron Auto gate openers and other products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise on the warranty page. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal and correct usage.

Batteries are warranted for six months, and remote controls are covered for three months.

The warranty requires that the product must be correctly installed. Any damages resulting from the gate not operating freely in manual mode will void the warranty.

Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all warranty claims. If the proof of purchase is not available, the warranty claim may not be honoured.
